What is Voltage / Resistance / Wattage?

High school physics may be a distant memory for some, so let us quickly explain what each means.

  • Voltage – The force of the current (Amps) applied to your atomiser.

  • Resistance – How much resistance is applied to that power, with lower resistances(Ω) reaching higher temperatures than higher resistances.

  • Wattage – The final power outputted by the device.

Wattage mode enables you to set your desired output and the device will supply the correct voltage based on the resistance reading of the attached atomiser. Higher wattages will produce more heat, so it’s important to use an atomiser with plenty of airflow to help keep the coil cool and to avoid dry burning.
